Senior Technical Manager (Tech Transfer, NPI)

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Technical Manager. The role focuses on tech transfer and new product introduction (NPI) within the field of Immunology and Infectious Diseases. The successful candidate will be a key player in executing project management and contributing to the performance of assigned Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMOs).

Responsibilities:

• Execute project management for NPIs and Tech Transfers following the Global Tech Transfer process.
• Collaboratively contribute to the performance of assigned CMOs as a core member of the Supplier Relationship Team.
• Build and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring collective responsibility for project deliverance.
• Maintain compliance with quality, regulatory, and financial integrity in all project activities.
• Contribute to reporting within the Global Product Supply team on predefined KPIs and collaborate on global initiatives to improve overall Project Management principles.

Key Skills and Requirements:
Proven experience in Project Management leadership and execution, particularly in new product launches and transfers.
Demonstrable cross-cultural project management experience within the pharma/healthcare environment.
Experience in a Tech Ops/product supply environment is highly desirable.
Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with project management tools, like MS Project.
Understanding of product and financial flows within the Pharmaceutical/Medical Device/Healthcare Industry.
Ability to manage risks and set clear expectations for project goals.
Strong negotiation skills, effective communication, and a pro-active, solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and thrive in ambiguous or unknown situations.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
