Responsibilities:
- Provide project management and technical expertise to production teams, owning the manufacturing process.
- Support development, tech-transfer, and validation activities, ensuring effective cross-functional partnerships.
- Lead the development of processes and systems for data management, trend analysis, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.

Requirements:
- Experience in supervising or mentoring staff, with a detailed understanding of immunology and cell therapy.
- Demonstrable expertise in cell-based techniques and ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Resourcefulness in overcoming challenges, with experience in quality management systems and tech transfer.
