Senior Change Management Expert

Proclinical is seeking a Senior Change Management Expert to lead and implement structured, people-centered change management strategies for priority AI initiatives. This role focuses on fostering adoption, building trust in AI, and embedding new ways of working. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align change efforts with organizational goals and ensure sustainable practices beyond the engagement period.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute change management strategies tailored to AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Define measurable adoption and behavior-change indicators and establish tracking mechanisms.
• Map stakeholders, assess change impacts, and create engagement plans to support communication and leadership alignment.
• Conduct readiness assessments, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Translate AI and data strategies into clear, audience-specific narratives to drive understanding and behavior change.
• Design and deliver targeted training sessions, workshops, and practical tools to support capability building.
• Monitor adoption metrics, recommend interventions, and ensure alignment with broader organizational dashboards.
• Mentor internal teams, develop reusable toolkits, and document knowledge transfer plans for sustained change management practices.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Background in Organizational Change, Business Communications, Psychology, or related fields; advanced certifications (e.g., Prosci) are advantageous.
• Experience leading change management for complex technology, data, or AI transformations in large organizations.
• Familiarity with AI strategies, data platforms, and data strategy rollouts, preferably in R&D or scientific environments.
• Skilled in using collaboration tools like Microsoft 365 and analyzing basic data-adoption metrics.
• Strong strategic mindset, influencing abilities, and experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in simplifying complex topics, crafting compelling narratives, and facilitating workshops.
• Adaptable and pragmatic, capable of adjusting plans in evolving organizational contexts.
