Join the frontline of pharmaceutical quality as a Synergy Production Operator ensuring flawless visual inspection.

Proclinical is seeking a Synergy Production Operator (Visual Inspection) to support manufacturing operations in the pharmaceutical industry. This role focuses on manual visual inspection processes for active pharmaceutical substances and requires working in a 2x8 shift pattern.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform manual visual inspection activities as part of routine and non-routine processes.
  • Adhere to cGMP, BDP, and EHS standards consistently.
  • Identify and report technical or organizational issues encountered during operations.
  • Share knowledge and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Propose and implement ideas for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain production area cleanliness and organization.
  • Ensure compliance with leadership behaviors and organizational processes.
  • Follow training requirements and maintain proficiency in assigned tasks.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Educational background in biotechnology, chemistry, biology, biochemistry, or equivalent (BAC+2 or similar).
  • Familiarity with manual visual inspection processes or binocular loupe control.
  • Ideally, a CFC in chemical and pharmaceutical production technology or equivalent diploma.
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, or watch industries is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and controlled atmosphere environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in French (minimum B2 level).
  • Methodical and detail-oriented approach to work.
  • Flexibility, organizational skills, and a proactive attitude.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Physical requirements: 10/10 vision (with or without glasses) and non-colorblindness.
