Proclinical is seeking a Materials Coordinator to join a team in The US. This position focuses on maintaining compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in material transactions and inventory processes.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will play a key part in supporting quality management systems and ensuring the smooth handling of materials within a pharmaceutical environment.
Skills & Requirements:
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems and documentation practices.
- Proficiency in data entry and ERP systems for material transactions.
- Attention to detail when verifying incoming materials and maintaining documentation.
- Knowledge of inventory management, purchasing, and material control processes.
- Ability to identify and recommend improvements to existing systems and workflows.
The Materials Coordinator's responsibilities will be:
- Support and work within the Quality Management System.
- Ensure compliance with documentation practices and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Perform timely and accurate data entry for material transactions in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
- Handle receipt of incoming materials and verify them against specifications, vendor shipping documents, and purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate receiving documentation in accordance with internal procedures and SOPs.
- Follow best practices related to inventory systems, purchasing, and material control processes.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements.
