Proclinical is seeking a Materials Coordinator to join a team in The US. This position focuses on maintaining compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in material transactions and inventory processes.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will play a key part in supporting quality management systems and ensuring the smooth handling of materials within a pharmaceutical environment.

Skills & Requirements:

• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems and documentation practices.
• Proficiency in data entry and ERP systems for material transactions.
• Attention to detail when verifying incoming materials and maintaining documentation.
• Knowledge of inventory management, purchasing, and material control processes.
• Ability to identify and recommend improvements to existing systems and workflows.

The Materials Coordinator's responsibilities will be:

• Support and work within the Quality Management System.
• Ensure compliance with documentation practices and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Perform timely and accurate data entry for material transactions in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
• Handle receipt of incoming materials and verify them against specifications, vendor shipping documents, and purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate receiving documentation in accordance with internal procedures and SOPs.
• Follow best practices related to inventory systems, purchasing, and material control processes.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements.
