SAP Project Manager

Proclinical are recruiting an SAP Project Manager for a pharmaceutical corporation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Basel.

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for projects up to accomplishing transition phase, which involves handover and hyper care.
• Handle the project team, consisting of the company's personnel and external partners.
• Guarantee precise on project scope, schedule, cost and resources, as well as project risks, action items, and dependencies and develop corrective actions all in a timely manner.
• You will track monthly status to assure progress is being made to accomplish approved targets.
• Assist with reviews of new SAP solutions and/or vendors/partners with adequate project management tools.
• Recognise all pertinent project shareholders, handle relationships and guarantee customer view is reflected in the implementation of the project.
• Other duties may be assigned to this role.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in a business information technology or similar field.
• Training and certified in PMI or any other corresponding project management strategy.
• At least 5 years of experience in SAP project management within a global organisation.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully distribute SAP projects.
• Capable of resolving issues in a swift manner.
• Works well independently.
• Leadership abilities.
• Able to plan and think analytically.
• Familiarity with handling competing priorities.
• Fluency in both the English and German languages.
