Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee the implementation of complex projects involving both internal and third-party products. This field-based role requires a strong communicator capable of managing and influencing key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Associate Project Manager to develop and implement consistent project management methodologies.
- Ensure key milestones, such as floor plans and snagging lists, receive appropriate sign-off.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to streamline implementation processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Support the solution design process and develop value-added proposals for project delivery.
- Oversee project planning from tender award to completion, including timeline management and product ordering.
- Facilitate communication and meetings at customer sites to ensure project progression.
- Act as the escalation point for complex project implementation issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.
- Communicate project updates, changes, and risks to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Coordinate and oversee internal teams to develop comprehensive project plans.
- Address critical issues and provide guidance on risks and issues.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to coordinate complex projects and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in developing and implementing project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in overseeing project planning and execution.
- Problem-solving skills for construction and installation activities.
