Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee the implementation of complex projects involving both internal and third-party products. This field-based role requires a strong communicator capable of managing and influencing key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Associate Project Manager to develop and implement consistent project management methodologies.
Ensure key milestones, such as floor plans and snagging lists, receive appropriate sign-off.
Coordinate with stakeholders to streamline implementation processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Support the solution design process and develop value-added proposals for project delivery.
Oversee project planning from tender award to completion, including timeline management and product ordering.
Facilitate communication and meetings at customer sites to ensure project progression.
Act as the escalation point for complex project implementation issues.
Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.
Communicate project updates, changes, and risks to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Coordinate and oversee internal teams to develop comprehensive project plans.
Address critical issues and provide guidance on risks and issues.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to coordinate complex projects and manage multiple stakeholders.
Experience in developing and implementing project management methodologies.
Proficiency in overseeing project planning and execution.
Problem-solving skills for construction and installation activities.
