Proclinical is partnering with a leading medical technology company to advertise a vacancy for a Regional Sales Manager Surgical - Nord-West position. The organisation offers innovative products and services in Orthopaedics, Medical and Surgical, and Neurotechnology and Spine that improve patient and hospital outcomes. Based in southern Germany, this vacancy is an exciting opportunity to work with a company that is dedicated to improving the healthcare field.
The regional sales manager Surgical Nord-West will be responsible for the management of a sales region as well as the leadership, motivation, and further qualification of their 10-member team. The goal is to ensure optimal customer service, by acquiring new customers in order to achieve faster growth than the market and an increase in sales.
Job Responsibilities:
- Leading and coaching assigned employees in all sales and personal areas, along with external coaching support.
- Identifying and promoting talent.
- Implementing budget allocations and the related assurance of a balanced sales region
- Supporting key accounts and KOL management.
- Providing intensive care of the GF and ECGs.
- Accompanying and conducting price negotiations and contracting within the company's internal guidelines.
- Accompanying Exhibition and congress, as well as executing workshops.
- Acting as the point of contact for all technical questions for customers and employees.
- Accompanying and training users on product launches.
Skills and Requirements:
- A degree in business administration, health economics, economics, or similar.
- Demonstrable regional sales and management experience (technical and disciplinary) within the medical technology field.
- A basic understanding of the German health care system and a thorough knowledge of different billing and reimbursement systems, such as GOÄ and DRG.
- Extensive knowledge of CRM and EDP.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Demonstrable project management skills.
- Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
- Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
- Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office.
