Are you looking to make an impact with your innovation? We are working with a well-established pharmaceutical company to recruit for a dedicated MSL.
Proclinical is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to act as a scientific expert and medical representative, encouraging meaningful partnerships with key stakeholders to enhance patient care and access. This field-based position involves significant interaction with healthcare professionals, payors, and other stakeholders, focusing on delivering scientific insights and supporting clinical initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and other key stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to create innovative solutions that add value to patient care.
- Spend 70-80% of your time in the field, engaging with stakeholders, gathering insights, and aligning scientific collaborations.
- Facilitate scientific discussions with payors, hospital pharmacists, and other decision-makers to support market access.
- Support clinical trials, non-interventional studies, and real-world evidence (RWE) studies by sharing medical and scientific expertise.
- Represent the organization at conferences and meetings, demonstrating therapeutic expertise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer insights into actionable strategies.
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards, local regulations, and company policies while addressing medical inquiries and safety information.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- A university degree in Life Sciences (e.g., Medicine, Biology, Pharmacy); advanced degrees (Master's or PhD) are preferred.
- Experience in immunology or related therapeutic areas is desirable.
- Strong ability to communicate complex scientific concepts effectively in both one-on-one and group settings.
- Excellent interpersonal, networking, and presentation skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proven ability to translate scientific data into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Romania and internationally.
- Proficiency in Romanian and English, both written and spoken.
