Proclinical is seeking a Medical Science Liaison to join our client and support the safe and effective use of therapies. In this role, you will focus on delivering complex medical and scientific information to healthcare professionals while gathering valuable field insights to inform internal strategies. This is a field-based position that requires building strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and supporting medical initiatives across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with specialists in ICU, ER, Toxicology, Anesthesia, Critical Care Pharmacy, Hematology-Oncology, and related fields across the BeNeLux region.
- Build and maintain high-value relationships with KOLs at university hospitals, specialist centers, and cross-border networks.
- Deliver scientific exchange and provide on-label therapy training to ensure the safe and effective use of treatments.
- Support clinical studies, investigator-initiated studies (IIS), advisory boards, congresses, and scientific educational activities.
- Communicate clinical evidence, gather field insights, and execute territory-aligned medical plans to inform strategic decisions.
- Provide accurate medical information, internal training, and cross-functional scientific support to teams such as Commercial, Market Access, and R&D.
- Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), International Council for Harmonisation (ICH) guidelines, and regional medical governance standards in all interactions.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- A university degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, or Nursing; advanced degrees (e.g., Master's or higher) are preferred.
- Proven expertise in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry, ideally with prior experience as an MSL.
- Strong knowledge of the medical landscape in the BeNeLux region, including hospitals and scientific societies.
- Familiarity with stakeholders in Hematology-Oncology and Nephrology is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role, covering Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
- Ideally based near Antwerp for central access to the region.
