Proclinical is advertising a vacancy for a Recruiting Coordinator position with a leading pharmaceutical company that specialises in diabetes care. The organisation provides leading and innovative treatments for diabetes, obesity, haemophilia, and growth disorders. The Recruiting Coordinator will join this company in their office in Plainsboro, New Jersey. Job Responsibilities:
- Organizing and coordinating multiple complex interview schedules across the company.
- Monitoring candidates through the interview process to ensure completion of federal, state, and local documentation.
- Managing communications to and from candidates, hiring managers, interview team members, and recruiters through a number of systems and channels, including the core Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Responding to inquiries from recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, and other HR team members.
Skills and Requirements:
- At least a high school diploma or GED required, an Associates degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2 years of relevant HR experience required, with staffing or recruitment related experience preferred.
- Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
- Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
- Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office.
