Proclinical is seeking a Materials Handler to support daily materials management operations and internal material flow activities in a cGMP environment. This role involves handling warehouse and weigh/dispense operations while ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with documentation standards. You will work collaboratively across departments, adapting to business needs as directed by your supervisor.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.
Responsibilities:
- Execute weigh/dispense manufacturing operations and material management activities, including Kanban kitting and glucose refills.
- Monitor processes against recipes and manufacturing documentation.
- Receive GMP materials using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) following established procedures.
- Perform weight and dispensing activities, including Syncade MES and glasswash operations.
- Operate powered industrial trucks safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and organized storage conditions in warehouse and dispensary areas.
- Complete all required departmental and GXP training, actively managing your training plan and assisting in training other associates.
- Pull, pack, and ship finished products, samples, and other materials per SOPs.
- Receive and process drug substances from manufacturing according to procedures.
- Conduct cycle counts in line with applicable protocols.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Forklift license is mandatory.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of German and/or French is a plus.
- Experience with Oracle and Syncade systems is essential.
- Familiarity with cGMP environments and warehouse management practices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
- Ability to work standard hours without shift work.
