Process SME (Manufacturing Engineer)

Proclinical is seeking a Process SME (Manufacturing Engineer) to join our client's team in Neuchatel, Switzerland. In this role, you will focus on managing and updating Master Batch Records (MBRs) in response to manufacturing changes, participating in design workshops, and supporting MBR verification activities. Your expertise will be crucial during site Go-Live phases and in training end users. This position requires on-site presence for a minimum of four days per week.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and communicate updates to MBRs based on manufacturing changes.
• Participate in MBR design workshops and provide input for MBR design.
• Conduct informal dry runs and execute MBR verification activities.
• Execute test orders, providing feedback and corrections to MBR designers.
• Support the creation and execution of MBR verification protocols.
• Provide primary HyperCare support during site Go-Live.
• Assist in end user training.
• Support validation activities for MES systems, including writing and executing protocols.
• Ensure MBRs accurately reflect manufacturing processes and gather necessary data points.
• Create Master Data and manage object setup according to global design rules.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Experience as an MBR Designer with PAS-X 3.2 in a life sciences company.
• Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work on-site at least four days per week.
