Process Engineer

Proclinical is seeking a Process Engineer to join our client's team in Switzerland. In this role, you will focus on developing and implementing systems to enhance efficiency and optimize production processes from design through manufacturing. Your work will ensure the safe and efficient operation of processes related to product or service production.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee process design projects to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Design cost-effective processes and equipment for product development and commercialization.
• Evaluate and improve existing processes to reduce costs and enhance sustainability, productivity, quality, and profitability.
• Develop best practices within the production process.
• Implement methods and process designs, create prototypes, and conduct testing with necessary modifications.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong ability to develop and enhance production systems.
• Experience in overseeing process design projects.
• Proficiency in designing cost-effective processes and equipment.
• Capability to evaluate and improve existing manufacturing systems.
• Skill in implementing methods and creating prototypes.
