Medical Manager

A leading bio-pharmaceutical company is partnering with Proclinical to recruit a Medical Manager to join their office in Shanghai. The organisation accelerates the development and commercialisation of speciality healthcare products for serious and critical medical conditions in China, Korea, and Taiwan. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly-seasoned team that has extensive Chinese drug development experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and develop clinical trials/protocols.
• Leading and implementing communication strategies to support existing and concluded studies, including KOL interactions, advisory boards, major medical meetings, congresses and other events, publications, and other materials.
• Managing safety/PV and scientific integrity of clinical trials.
• Preparing a variety of medically-related documents and report writing, including Investigator Brochures, Protocols, reports for INDs, CTAs, etc.
• Collaborating and communicating with Regulatory Affair Departments over regulatory submissions and any adverse events reporting, as required.
• Contributing science input into relevant therapeutic/disease area strategy.
• Representing the company at scientific and industry meetings as required.
• Collaborating with a variety of internal and external partners, such as clinicians, scientists, business development, etc.

Skills and Requirements:

• Minimum MD or MD/PHD.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in design and conduct clinical trials in Oncology.
• Fluency in written and spoken Chinese/English.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
• Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
• Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
• Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office.
