Proclinical is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to assist with the running and monitoring of production equipment. This is a temporary contract position based in Social Circle, Georgia GA.
Primary Responsibilities:
This role focuses on preparing media and buffer solutions, operating various production equipment, and maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the production environment. The successful candidate will also be involved in continuous improvement teams and assist in troubleshooting process problems.
Skills & Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential
- Willingness to assist with housekeeping and manufacturing processes
- Ability to carry and lift weights up to 50 lbs., and push/pull weights up to 100 lbs. (with the assistance of material handling equipment)
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Comfortable working in controlled environments requiring special gowning
- Flexibility to work multiple shifts, including weekends and overtime as required
- Comfortable working in a cold, wet environment
- Willingness to work in a confined area
- Comfortable working in clean room and cool/hot storage conditions
- Open to receiving necessary immunizations before performing work within the manufacturing area
The Manufacturing Associates responsibilities will be:
- Prepare media and buffer solutions
- Operate Clean-in-Place (CIP) and Steam-in-Place systems
- Assemble and operate filtration systems
- Operate general production equipment (e.g., pH and conductivity meters, autoclave, portable mixers)
- Monitor and record critical process parameters
- Complete all relevant paperwork following GDP/GMP guidelines
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of production equipment
- Perform sampling using aseptic techniques
- Participate in Continuous Improvement Teams
- Receive and distribute supplies into production areas as necessary
- Train and mentor other team members
- Assist in troubleshooting process problems and responding to alarms
Compensation:
- 16-20 USD per hour
