Currently employing over 120 people across the globe, the company is enjoying an excellent period of growth and we are in search of a Global Learning and Development Consultant to join our L&D Team.

Role:

Overseeing the learning and development of Consultants through to Team Leaders in a fast-growth Pharmaceutical recruitment firm, you will be required to train employees the skills, knowledge and practical application they need to be successful at working in a high-performance business. Constant development is given to consultants with monthly one2one coaching and quarterly development plans.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivery of an on-boarding programme to develop new hires into the business on a global scale
  • Tailored design and delivery of training to Consultants, Senior Consultants and Team Leaders
  • Delivery of industry focussed training to develop consultants into subject matter experts within their niche
  • Delivery of sales-focused training to develop consultants into client-facing business winners
  • Delivery of classroom-based training courses and various workshops across the group
  • Implementation of coaching plans to work one2one with individuals to improve performance
  • Individual desk coaching and listening to consultants' calls to provide feedback and offer practical examples of successful consulting techniques
  • Partner with Senior Managers, Directors, and Managing Directors across the business to identify training and development needs within their teams.
  • Advise management and provide techniques to assist them in developing their team members
  • Assist in the review and delivery of consultants' individual quarterly development plans.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3 years + experience in delivering training within a recruitment business.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good persuasion skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • A confident and positive attitude
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • The ability to liaise successfully with key stakeholders and board level executives
