Proclinical is seeking an Automation Technician to provide day-to-day administrative support for control systems across multiple sites. This role involves routine system management tasks, user account administration, and preventive maintenance scheduling. Additionally, you will provide on-call support outside of normal working hours to ensure smooth production operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage user accounts, including creating, modifying, and disabling system access.
- Conduct periodic user reviews, compile reports, and manage workflows for access modifications.
- Oversee offboarding processes and role change account updates.
- Schedule and perform basic preventive maintenance (PM) activities for automation systems.
- Support data collection and draft reports for periodic system reviews.
- Provide batch reports and trends to support production needs.
- Respond to on-call support requests, completing routine actions remotely or on-site as required.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- High school education required; a technical degree is preferred.
- Experience in a similar role, particularly in automation or IT support.
- Familiarity with GxP or other highly regulated environments is desirable.
- Understanding of modern IT systems and industrial control systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform routine tasks consistently with minimal supervision.
