An international market research organisation is seeking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager to their UK based office. The company provides high quality data collection and project management capabilities that cover the spectrum of quantitative and qualitative techniques that are utilised today. Job Responsibilities:
- Creating a Digital Marketing Strategy and Plan for the business.
- Working closely with the Data Analyst to gather effective doctor member data and utilise the data for all digital marketing activities, including survey designs, survey email creations and performance tracking, data warehouse utilization, data analysis methods, etc.
- Analysing necessary data and statistics as required and conducting CRM.
- Together with the Data Analyst, creating effective methods to keep the doctor data updated and maintained.
- Planning, executing, and managing email marketing activities, including bulletins.
- Managing and enhancing the job board; generating traffic to the job board.
- Designing digital marketing operational processes, creating microsites/landing pages for client campaigns/pilots, and driving traffic/conversion to the sites.
- Being responsible for all marketing creatives and content creation based on user's needs and preferences; creating and managing quality assurance/customer satisfaction programs.
- Responsible for user experience and design of the marketing channels,
- Making recommendations for traffic generation marketing activities, including PPC, Social, Blogs, Display, Influencer, ads, affiliates, geo-marketing, etc.
- Selecting economical and performance-driven marketing agencies to help conduct such activities.
- Increasing the doctor membership by conducting effective marketing tactics.
- Monitoring and analysing the digital marketing process/activities performance by placing and measuring effective KPIs using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. Ensure to meet all operational KPIs including revenue targets
- Managing the relationship with clients and all stakeholders and, when appropriate/necessary, visit doctors/be on-site at primary/secondary care settings/agencies, etc.
- Ensuring PDCA is in place and working out a strategy for improving digital marketing operational processes when necessary.
- Making product recommendations as necessary.
- Planning, execution, and managing of a new platform in the near future.
- Gaining a thorough understanding of doctor's and hirer's needs.
- Ensuring that all tasks are delivered on-time, within scope, and budget.
- Researching new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency.
- Creating reports and periodically updating/escalating to management as appropriate.
- Perform risk management to minimize business risks.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Keeping up to date with the latest moves in the marketplace and sharing with the team.
- Developing knowledge of terms of business and service requirements to improve and uphold business standards.
- Ensuring compliance with all instructions, procedures, and policies.
- Contributing to a wider scope of work within the team on an ad-hoc basis where necessary.
- Hiring and managing a Junior Digital Marketing Staff (in the future).
Skills and Requirements:
- Educated to degree level or above.
- Proven experience and track record in digital marketing and execution, including site creation and management, email marketing, campaign management, SMS marketing, Social, Influencer, Display, Ads, PPC, Affiliates, Blogs, Content creation and management, UX, Design, IA, geo-marketing, etc.
- Extensive experience, knowledge and ability to use marketing performance tracking tools (i.e. site catalyst).
- Proven track record with marketing agency selection and management.
- Working knowledge of metrics, including forecasting.
- Experience with data collection, analysis, and reporting, including CRM.
- Proven track record on delivering KPIs consistently and meeting deadlines.
- Background or understanding of web technologies and platform development.
- Ability to write HTML, extensive experience using CMS tools.
- Experience in B to B and B to C marketing.
- Budget development and oversight experience.
- Strong with numbers and attention to detail.
- Strong research capabilities, deep-diving abilities.
- Good forward planning and organisational skills, process minded.
- Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
- Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
- Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office.
