Associate Director (AD) - Contract - Fort Worth, TX
Lead the numbers that drive dermatology forward as the expert guiding Gross-to-Net (GtN) excellence.
Proclinical is seeking an AD, Accounting to support key financial processes within the dermatology and pharmaceutical industry.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will focus on managing GtN accounting processes, ensuring governance, accuracy, and transparency in financial oversight.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong expertise in GtN accounting processes and financial oversight.
- Ability to establish and maintain robust documentation standards and controls.
- Proven track record of driving consistency and accuracy in financial reserves and deductions.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
The Associate Director's responsibilities will be:
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end GtN accounting process, including governance over accrual methodologies, assumptions, and calculation models.
- Establish and maintain documentation standards and controls for accrual processes to ensure transparency, auditability, and alignment.
- Drive consistency and accuracy in reserves for rebates, chargebacks, returns, discounts, and other sales deductions across all products and channels.
