Proclinical is seeking a Sales L&D Support Specialist to join a high‑performing team dedicated to improving the adoption, effectiveness of sales systems, and tools within the diabetes and medical device sectors. In this role, you will play a vital part in tailoring and rolling out learning and development solutions, supporting regional training personnel, and advancing continuous improvements in CRM utilisation across international regions.
This role is offered on a hybrid basis with occasional travel.
Responsibilities:
- Tailor central training resources so they align with local processes, cultural expectations, and compliance requirements.
- Facilitate CRM training sessions, including initial user enablement, and collaborate with regional and country trainers for consistent delivery.
- Coach and support CRM Champions to strengthen region training quality and peer-to-peer enablement.
- Produce follow‑up training content that incorporates new functionality and improved ways of working.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using surveys, feedback, adherence reports, and competency reviews.
- Identify regional insights to inform future sales enablement and system enhancements.
- Assess system knowledge gaps and recommend targeted training solutions.
- Provide in-market support for initial user enablement and act as a communication line between commercial teams and global operations.
- Review dashboards and share market productivity insights with regional and country teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recommend improvements to sales systems and processes.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Solid understanding of commercial digital tools, with the ability to help teams use them confidently and consistently.
- Strong Working Knowledge in Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, for creating impactful training materials.
- Strong data‑interpretation abilities with a focus on turning insights into practical solutions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to guide and mentor teams, especially during process or system transitions.
- Experience working across geographically dispersed teams and adapting learning styles for diverse cultural environments.
- University degree or equivalent qualification in organizational development, instructional design, or management preferred.
- Background in the medical technology or pharma industry, particularly in sales or training roles, is advantageous.
- Strong command of English is essential; knowledge of other European languages is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel based on business needs.
