Accounts Payable Manager - Contract - Sleepy Hollow, NY

Are you ready to take the lead in streamlining accounts payable operations and keeping financial processes running smoothly?

Proclinical is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to support and enhance accounts payable operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role involves troubleshooting system inquiries, monitoring automated notifications, and collaborating with vendors, end users, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues effectively. You will also oversee monthly reporting processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal controls.

Skills & Requirements:

Strong understanding of accounts payable systems and processes.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues effectively.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with internal controls.
Proficiency in tools such as Kofax, Oracle MarkView, and Concur is preferred.
Educational background in finance, accounting, or a related field.

The Accounts Payable Manager's responsibilities will be:

Support daily accounts payable operations using systems such as Kofax, Oracle MarkView, and Concur.
Troubleshoot and resolve system inquiries to meet internal and external business needs.
Monitor automated notifications in Concur for system failures and partner with relevant teams to investigate and resolve issues.
Collaborate with vendors, end users, and cross-functional IT teams (e.g., HR, Commercial) to address and resolve concerns.
Provide governance and oversight of monthly Concur reporting, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal controls.

Compensation:

$45 to $55 per hour.
