Proclinical is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a dynamic team in Carlsbad, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication and organizational skills who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will focus on managing customer accounts, ensuring timely collections, and resolving billing inquiries.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in handling financial transactions and resolving billing discrepancies.
- Experience with financial systems and shared mailboxes is a plus.
The Accounts Receivable Specialist's responsibilities will be:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through phone and email communication.
- Monitor customer accounts for overdue balances and follow up with internal and external stakeholders to resolve collection matters and billing disputes promptly.
- Troubleshoot and respond to inquiries received through financial operations shared mailboxes.
- Accurately apply and deposit checks and wire payments to the appropriate open receivable accounts.
