Proclinical is seeking a Construction Manager for a full-time role based in Stein. This position involves overseeing multiple projects and may require travel to suppliers. The successful candidate must be proficient in German as this is a necessity, and the role is available for an immediate start.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Fluent in German (C1 level) and proficient in English (B1 level).
Strong project management skills.
Ability to travel as required for business needs.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
