Proclinical is seeking a Commercial Analytics Manager to join a dynamic team in London, focusing on marketing and market access analytics within the medical devices industry. In this role, you will transform data into actionable insights, driving performance across campaigns, channels, and markets. You will collaborate with regional and country-based teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness, connect marketing impact to sales outcomes, and optimize tools for performance tracking and ROI. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to influence marketing execution and align it with business goals.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with marketing and commercial leaders to deliver actionable analysis and insights that shape market-leading strategies.
- Translate analytical findings into business cases and action plans aligned with growth objectives.
- Analyze performance across healthcare provider-focused marketing channels, identifying trends, ROI drivers, and engagement patterns.
- Conduct marketing mix modeling and campaign attribution analysis to connect marketing activities with field force impact.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize spend, messaging, and channel strategies.
- Analyze payer data, reimbursement trends, and healthcare economic information to guide market access strategies.
- Develop dashboards to track market access performance metrics and provide competitive marketing analysis.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track marketing activity performance.
- Leverage analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python) to automate data pipelines and deliver scalable insights.
- Identify and implement improvements to marketing data infrastructure, tools, and workflows.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Strong expertise in marketing analytics, including campaign measurement, attribution modeling, and ROI analysis.
- Proficiency with data tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, and marketing analytics platforms.
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Proven experience in building dashboards and automated reports with high attention to detail.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills within commercial and regulated industries.
- Data-driven communication and influencing skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborative mindset with a track record of successful cross-functional partnerships.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt quickly, and address evolving business needs proactively.
- Familiarity with marketing operations tools, CRM, MAPs, and performance frameworks.
