Proclinical is partnering with a clinical-stage Biotech company to advertise a vacancy for a Clinical Operations Program Management position. The organisation, which prides itself on discovering and developing targeted immuno-oncology therapies, is seeking for a driven and talented individual to join its Germany-based office. This is an exciting opportunity to work for an international company and bolster a career in the clinical field.
Job Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the operational implementation of a clinical development program or portfolio including timelines, budget and resources, and a program covers several/all clinical trials performed for a specific compound in clinical development
- Representing the Clinical Operations (Clinical Trial Managers/Project Managers managing the clinical trials within a program) in compound-specific cross-functional Program Team and/or towards Management
- Leading Clinical Development Team alone or in co-leadership with Medical Lead for a compound
- Providing operational input in Clinical Development Plan for a compound.
Skills and Requirements:
- A university degree in a relevant field.
- Demonstrable relevant experience.
- Excellent project management, consensus building, and leadership skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
- Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
- Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office.
