We partnered with one of the largest vaccine companies worldwide to support them with hiring several senior business critical positions across multiple disciplines globally. The company were going through a change management process so it was a critical time in the lifecycle of the company, who were intent on attracting a very high level of talent to ensure they were set for success as they expanded across international markets.   

Scope of work

Our team proposed an exclusive retained project solution to assist our partner with the multiple hires they required across differing verticals and territories. We assigned a global project manager to ensure consistent contact and keep them updated on timelines and our progress, and to continuously promote their message into the market of talent. Each discipline and territory were managed by a dedicated delivery lead, all of whom had extensive years of experience in their field. This included hiring across clinical, medical, regulatory, pharmacovigilance and biometrics. We created strict project timelines, liaising frequently with the key internal stakeholders to ensure the process ran smoothly and efficiently for the business. We also provided detailed value propositions per role, to ensure candidates had a clear understanding of the business and the opportunity.  

With our long-standing history in the life sciences industry, we have a global database of over 250,000 screened and qualified life sciences professionals and our vertically aligned consultants have a proven track record of delivery on a multi-national/global scale. This allowed us to reach out to the most relevant candidates, but we also invested our time in networking at conferences and utilising tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter to ensure we were creating a rich and diverse portfolio of talent for our partner to assess.
