Validation Associate

Proclinical is advertising a vacancy for a Validation Associate with a leading pharmaceutical company. This top 10 company, which develops leading products across various therapeutic areas, is seeking for an experienced and talented individual to join their team in Maryland. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an international organisation whose personnel span across 150 countries.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitoring equipment installation and maintenance.
• Acting as a contact to the Metrology department.
• Monitoring equipment and chamber commissioning.
• Acting as a contact to Process Control and Validation departments.
• Authoring and/or revising CAPAs, SOPs, risk assessments, Technical reports, and sections thereof.
• Performing data reviews and logbook replacement management.
• Overseeing BPT-A stock room management.
• Co-performing BPT-A safety and GMP self-inspections and their documentation.
• Using MERP, Qumas, and Webstatistica.
• Interacting with other departments and BPT subgroups.

Skills and Requirements:

• A degree in an appropriate science-based discipline.
• Familiarity with biopharmaceutical documentation requirements, analytical methods, and laboratory environments.
• Demonstrable experience with documentation databases.
• Capable of working in a team, analysing, and working with attention to detail, process and prioritise sensitive complex information, and solving problems.
• Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
• Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
• Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
