Clinical Specialist - Germany (Field-Based)

Territory: National coverage across Germany
Location: Field-based with regular travel
About the Role
This role is ideal for someone with experience in cardiac operating rooms, electrophysiology labs, or catheterization labs. You'll work closely with surgeons and clinical teams, providing hands-on support during procedures and training healthcare professionals on advanced cardiac technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and clinical support during cardiac surgical procedures
- Train healthcare professionals on procedures and device usage
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to support account development
- Conduct hands-on and didactic training sessions
- Maintain regular communication and provide clinical feedback from the field
What We're Looking For:
- Previous history working in operating rooms, EP labs, or cath labs (clinical or industry)
- Health science degree or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Willingness to travel 75-80%
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
