Proclinical is seeking a Synergie Production Operator to support aseptic production activities within a controlled environment. This role involves preparing materials and buffers for aseptic filling processes while adhering to cGMP, EHS, and organizational standards. The position operates on a 2x8 shift schedule and requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and non-routine production activities, including material preparation and buffer preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP, BDP, and EHS standards.
  • Identify and report technical or organizational issues.
  • Maintain production areas in a clean and compliant state.
  • Share knowledge and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Contribute ideas for continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Follow organizational processes and leadership behaviours.
  • Complete assigned tasks autonomously and accurately.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Educational background in biotechnology, chemistry, biology, biochemistry, or equivalent (e.g., BAC+2 or similar).
  • Knowledge of cell culture, protein purification, or production line support processes.
  • Familiarity with cGMP standards and controlled atmosphere environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in French (minimum B2 level).
  • Methodical and detail-oriented approach to work.
  • Flexibility, organizational skills, and a dynamic, team-oriented mindset.
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, or food industries is a plus.
