Proclinical is advertising a vacancy for a Studio and Outsourcing Manager position with a leading medical communications company. The organisation provides strategic consultancy, publication planning, medical education, digital engagement, and custom publishing in order to support major pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients. Based in Amsterdam, this vacancy is an exciting opportunity to work with an innovative and dynamic pharmaceutical firm that develops and implements innovative marketing communication solutions that allow communication with healthcare professionals and raising awareness on associated diseases.

Job Responsibilities:

Managing in-house studio staff.
Growing to understand the needs of client account teams.
Implementing troubleshooting and planning for future needs.
Translating internal support requests into strong, innovative, and cost-effective operational solutions.

Skills and Requirements:

Experience working in and/or managing a studio (or similar) in an agency or publisher setting, or similar.
Understanding of both creative and content challenges in successful delivery of projects.
Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office.
