Proclinical is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join a team in West Lebanon, NH.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will support warehouse operations, including general warehouse tasks, cold storage management, and inventory control. This is a hands-on, physical role that requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Skills & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 33 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as climbing, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read, write, and understand documentation accurately.
- Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) environments is a plus.
- Basic math skills, including knowledge of the metric system.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and follow directions precisely.
The Shipping and Receiving Specialist's responsibilities will be:
- Perform general warehouse tasks, including moving boxes, organizing and sorting packages, and applying labels.
- Answer doors and manage incoming deliveries.
- Break down cardboard boxes and discard plastic and foam packaging.
- Maintain warehouse organization and ensure supplies are stocked in multiple storage areas.
- Assist with physical inventory, including cycle counts.
- Follow all safety and environmental requirements while performing duties.
- Maintain up-to-date training and adhere to company standards and procedures.
