At Proclinical, we are seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Senior Research Scientist, Pharmacology, based in Wilmington, DE. The successful candidate will work in a highly interactive organization as a part of the oncology and drug discovery project teams, working alongside representatives from other departments in the organization.

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize appropriate models/assays that evaluate the effectiveness of designated preclinical compounds and guide chemistry SAR (structure-activity relationship) development.
Communicate scientific data effectively to team members.

Skills And Qualifications

Experience with animal handling and dosing using multiple routes (oral route required).
Data analysis experience, excellent notebook keeping, and familiarity with data retrieval and input from a database.
Perform in a fast-paced environment and deliver high quality data in a timely manner.
