Senior Production Manager (German Speaking)

Proclinical are recruiting a Senior Production Manager (German Speaking) for a pharmaceutical establishment. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Visp. The client is focused on developing, producing and testing the therapies of tomorrow.

Responsibilities:

• Guarantee technical availability and compliance with regulatory needs such as cGMP compliance, safety, permits, regarding plans and facilities.
• Manage provision of sufficiently training staff, such as recruitment, training and promotion of personnel.
• Responsible for batch release on the part of production.
• You will handle operational management of the production facilities and guarantee professional procedure.
• Assure both a professional and cost-effective processing on the production side.
• Accountable for staff management, planning and arrangement of the product team.
• Other duties may be assigned to this role.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in a biology, microbiology, pharmacy or a similar field.
• Familiarity within a QA field in a GMP-regulated setting for the production or manufacture or testing of pharmaceuticals.
• Fluency in the German and English language.
• Works well in a team as well as independently, appreciating interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Assumes a proactive approach, with the ability to provide concepts and is willing to assume accountability.
• A flexible individual with the ability to resolve issues.
• Keen for a new challenge.
