Proclinical is seeking a talented IT Systems Engineer to join a team. This role focuses on administering and developing the system landscape, including virtualization, SAN & backup environments, and Microsoft 365 Cloud. The successful candidate will also be involved in planning and implementing infrastructure projects in coordination with the IT infrastructure team leader.

Responsibilities:

Administer and develop the system landscape focusing on virtualization, SAN & backup environments, and Microsoft 365 Cloud.
Plan and implement infrastructure projects in coordination with the IT infrastructure team leader.
Ensure high-performance data center operations through proactive administration and maintenance.
Develop automation measures, such as scripting.
Provide 2nd and 3rd level support within our IT ticket system.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Completed studies or training in IT.
Expertise in VM-Ware vSphere, MS-HyperV, PowerShell scripting, NetApp storage, and Microsoft 365 cloud services.
Experience in planning and implementing complex projects following ITIL practices.
Goal-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Enjoy working in a collaborative (remote) team and possess good German language skills.
