Director of Desktop Software & Web Platforms (m/f/d)

For one of our Medical Technology clients in Antwerp; Proclinical is currently recruiting for a Director - Desktop Software & Web Platforms (m/f/d).



Your Responsibilities:

• Strategic leadership and further development of desktop and web applications in a clinical environment
• Leading and developing international software teams
• Designing an integrated software platform for CI and acoustic solutions
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary stakeholders worldwide
• Driving the adoption of new technologies and continuous process improvement
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards (e.g., ISO 13485, IEC 62304)
• Communicating with executive leadership and making informed decisions in complex projects

Your Profile:

• Extensive experience in desktop and web software development (e.g., .NET, Blazor)
• Proven leadership in managing distributed global development teams
• Solid knowledge of agile practices and regulated development environments
• Experience in project, budget, and resource management
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with a hands-on mentality
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); German or other language skills are a plus
