UI/UX System Designer

Looking to uncover IT insights that could revolutionize the future of medicine and drive breakthroughs in patient care? For a 5 month project starting from August till end of year,

Proclinical is seeking a skilled UX/UI Designer to contribute to the technical design and user experience architecture for product and enterprise software applications. This role focuses on creating scalable design systems, interactive prototypes, and intuitive interfaces for AI-driven features such as conversational UIs, dashboards, and data visualizations. You will work independently, leveraging your expertise and tools, including AI-assisted design workflows, to deliver production-ready frontend design packages.

Responsibilities:

Design System Architecture & Maintenance:

• Develop and maintain a scalable design system and component library in Figma for desktop and mobile platforms.
• Create and document design tokens, UI pattern guides, and accessibility standards (WCAG compliance).
• Refine design system components based on technical feasibility evaluations.

UX Architecture, Prototyping & Flow Deliverables:

• Design user flows, site maps, and wireframes for complex application features.
• Build interactive prototypes in Figma to simulate application behavior across devices.
• Format high-fidelity UI screens optimized for responsive, cross-platform layouts.

AI-Driven Interface & Visual Data Design:

• Conceptualize and design conversational AI interfaces, prompt interaction models, and dynamic AI output states.
• Create AI dashboards, predictive reporting views, and data visualization graphics.
• Utilize AI-assisted design workflows to streamline component layout generation and asset delivery.

Developer Handoff & Technical Integration:

• Prepare production-ready design packages, including asset exports, layout specifications, and CSS-relevant documentation.
• Conduct alignment sessions with developers to ensure accurate frontend implementation.
• Perform design quality assurance reviews to identify and document discrepancies in implemented code.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Proficiency in Figma for design system creation, prototyping, and UI design.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG compliance).
• Experience with designing conversational UIs, AI dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and workflows.
• Ability to create production-ready design handoff packages, including detailed specifications.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with developers and stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure design consistency across platforms.
