Proclinical is assisting a healthcare company based in Bern, Switzerland, in recruiting a SAP ABAP Developer. This role involves engaging in exciting projects with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, UI5, and cloud solutions like SAP BTP. The successful candidate will be part of a strategically integrated technology environment, utilizing modern methods such as ABAP RAP and CDS Views, offering numerous opportunities to expand your expertise in new areas.

Responsibilities:
- Specify and develop sophisticated programs, forms, and interfaces within the scope of your expertise on various SAP S/4 systems.
- Conduct thorough analysis and rectification of errors in existing ABAP programs to enhance quality and performance.
- Develop interfaces between SAP and external systems, utilizing methods such as IDocs, BAPIs, or OData.
- Perform detailed analysis and optimization of ABAP application performance.
- Actively disseminate knowledge to internal colleagues, thereby contributing to the continuous enhancement of the team's development expertise.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field.
- Several years of experience in ABAP development, especially in complex projects, with SAP certifications preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of ABAP, ABAP Objects, SAP GUI, and ABAP Development Tools (ADT) in Eclipse.
- Proficient in transport management systems (TMS), SAP forms with Adobe Forms, SQL, and Open SQL.
- Experience with SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, QM) and web technologies (ABAP RAP, CDS Views, JavaScript, HTML).
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, effective communication, and team collaboration.
- Native German speaker with excellent English proficiency.
