Proclinical is partnering with a leading medical technology company to advertise a vacancy for a Sales Specialist, Trauma position. The organisation offers innovative products and services in Orthopaedics, Medical and Surgical, and Neurotechnology and Spine that improve patient and hospital outcomes. Based in southern Germany, this vacancy is an exciting opportunity to work with a company that is dedicated to improving the healthcare field.
Job Responsibilities:
- Growing the company's market share by attracting new customers.
- Acquiring and distributing holistic solutions.
- Looking after existing customers as a reliable and competent interlocutor.
- Expanding existing networks and creating new ones.
- Overseeing sales in your assigned area.
- Organising product workshops and training for customers.
- Analysing the market and competition at regular intervals.
- Maintaining reporting.
Skills and Requirements:
- A degree in medical engineering (or business administration) and have already gained initial professional experience in the sales of implants.
- A valid B license.
- Proficiency in German and English.
- Capable of travelling for up to 75% of the job.
- Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
- Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
- Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office.
