Robotics Operator - Contract - Cambridge, MA

Proclinical is seeking a Robotics Operator to support the development of cutting-edge AI systems in a hands-on role.

Primary Responsibilities:

You will perform structured, repetitive tasks with lab and scientific equipment, contributing to the training of robotic systems for safe and accurate operation. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of artificial intelligence and science.

Skills & Requirements:

Interest in robotics, science, or technology.
Comfortable performing physical, repetitive tasks for extended periods.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow precise instructions.
Must be able to commute to 1 Alewife Park, Cambridge, MA.
High school diploma required.

The Robotics Operator's responsibilities will be:

Perform manual, repeatable tasks using scientific instruments while following clear protocols.
Work in an environment where your actions are recorded to train robotic systems.
Follow detailed instructions and maintain consistency across tasks.
Report any equipment or process issues to supervisors.

Compensation:

$18 to $22 per hour.
