Construction Project Manager - Contract - Remote, USA

Proclinical is seeking a Remote Construction Project Manager to oversee and deliver construction projects, renovations, and miscellaneous initiatives for plasma center development. The position requires strong project management expertise, technical knowledge, and the ability to drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be involved in managing multiple projects across the U.S., ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Background in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in construction and project management, including budget, contract, and scope oversight.
  • Familiarity with AIA formats, cost analysis, change orders, and project close-out procedures.
  • Ability to manage multiple dispersed projects across the U.S. simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tracking/reporting tools.
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on continuous improvement and analytical insights.
  • Experience working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for on-site interactions.

The Construction Project Manager's responsibilities will be:

  • Manage new construction, renovations, and miscellaneous projects, ensuring delivery within defined scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Oversee contracts and ensure supplier/vendor compliance with agreements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to achieve successful project outcomes.
  • Conduct site surveys, evaluate potential expansion opportunities, and recommend solutions for infrastructure, safety, and security.
  • Provide technical direction on engineering design, including AutoCAD layouts, schedules, and materials.
  • Track and manage project budgets, forecasts, and vendor invoicing to ensure financial governance.
  • Identify, manage, and communicate risks to mitigate delays and budget overspend.
  • Facilitate stakeholder collaboration across departments such as Operations, EHS, IT, and Corporate Real Estate.
  • Lead negotiations with contractors and ensure alignment with project specifications.
  • Drive continuous improvement and value engineering throughout the project lifecycle.
