BioPharma Mfg. Associate - Contract - King of Prussia, PA

Proclinical is hiring a BioPharma Mfg. Associate for a contract role focused on production support.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation and delivery of media and buffer solutions to support cell culture and purification operations. This role requires hands-on engagement with production equipment, sampling techniques, and process monitoring to maintain high-quality manufacturing standards.

Skills & Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in a related field.
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.

The BioPharma Mfg. Associate's responsibilities will be:

• Assemble and process media and solutions-including sterilization, pasteurization, and filtration-for use in cell culture and downstream purification.
• Ensure proper setup and maintenance of manufacturing equipment to support production workflows.
• Execute sampling protocols to evaluate concentration and quality metrics of cell cultures and solutions.
• Operate filter integrity devices to confirm the integrity of filters before and after use.
• Ensure filter reliability through routine integrity testing procedures.
