Proclinical is seeking a Logistics Specialist to join a dynamic team in Switzerland. In this role, you will focus on coordinating logistics tasks, ensuring timely and accurate handling of shipments, and supporting cross-functional logistics teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in logistics or supply chain management, particularly within the chemical or pharmaceutical sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate logistics tasks between internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage incoming goods and shipping orders, ensuring timely and accurate preparation and processing.
• Organize and oversee physical shipments, including labeling, final packaging, and documentation.
• Actively support cross-functional logistics teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Completed vocational training in logistics, commercial, or CPT fields with a relevant certification.
• Practical experience with SAP WM-MM systems.
• Strong communication skills, flexibility, reliability, and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in English is required.
