Proclinical is seeking a Research and Development Engineer. This role will be involved in designing, developing, analysing and troubleshooting during research and product development. The successful candidate will translate research discoveries into marketable products and may participate in clinical trials. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working on projects from design to implementation and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop research studies to investigate specific life science questions.
Analyse and troubleshoot technical issues during research and product development.
Translate research discoveries into usable and marketable products.
Manage and deliver projects, ensuring adherence to policies and timelines.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather, confirm, and convey information.
Mentor colleagues or direct the work of lower-level professionals as needed.

Key Skills and Requirements:

University Degree in a relevant field is a necessity.
Strong theoretical knowledge in life sciences, typically obtained through advanced education.
Ability to work on projects with close supervision.
Problem-solving skills to identify and address issues in systems and processes.
Effective communication skills for internal collaboration.
