Proclinical is advertising a vacancy for a Project Manager with a large global biotechnology company working within the fields of neurodegenerative diseases, haemophilia, and autoimmune disorders. The Project Manager will join this organisation's team in Switzerland. This is an exciting opportunity to join an internationally renowned company and provide innovative and specialised experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Working with Legal to generate contracts and CDAs, uploading and tracking them on the medical drive, and creating/managing contract archive binders.
- Tracking budgets and financial reporting, including invoice reporting and PO management/reconciliation, accrual tracking and use, and creating/managing invoice archive binders.
- Using MyAsar for HCP/HCO transfer of value transparency reporting and archiving records on medical drive/papers.
- Managing TMF paper/electronic as needed, such as setting up the folders on the medical drive and uploading TMF registry documents, setting up a tracking system, and ensuring all document records and history are audit ready.
- Performing QC of TMF for audit readiness review of existing IIT/SRA studies.
- Organising meetings and taking meeting minutes, along with preparing the agenda, etc.
- Updating Study tracking updating project plans and status trackers information and using Vision Tracker to update monthly study (registry updates) by chasing up affiliates/partners or HCP to obtain relevant information.
- Uploading VisionTracker ongoing documents and performing a monthly review of tracked invoices and milestones.
- Facilitating engagements with HCP, i.e., assisting in ESE submissions, working with the affiliates to obtain CV and contracts, and using ESE tools to submit approval for education events, ad boards, consultancy contracts, and speaker contracts.
- Preparing weekly/monthly enrolment and registry updates as required.
Skills and Requirements:
- A university degree in a relevant field.
- Demonstrable general office experience and office computer use.
- Demonstrable experience with troubleshooting and processing issues.
- Capable of working in a team, analysing, and working with attention to detail, process and prioritise sensitive complex information, and solving problems.
- Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
- Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
