Proclinical is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to assist in making data-driven decisions that impact profitability. This role involves comprehensive analysis, systematic data support, and collaboration with various teams across the EMEA region.

Responsibilities:

Act as a trusted business partner to commercial and financial leadership.
Analyze large and complex datasets to develop solutions that predict, measure, and improve financial outcomes.
Prepare and deliver reports and analyses for planning, forecasting, and P&L management, focusing on sales, margins, SGA costs, and marketing data.
Consolidate regional data and provide EMEA-level insights, including executive-ready presentations.
Apply problem-solving and rigorous analysis to ensure accuracy and audit-proof documentation.
Maintain organized systems for easy access to relevant data by management.
Ensure efficient processes for timely data collection and consolidation from EMEA regions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance forecasting accuracy, transparency, and standardization.
Participate actively in cross-functional improvement projects.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Previous working history in financial planning and analysis.
Advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, scenarios), PowerBI, and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical mindset with creative problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented and capable of preparing accurate, audit-proof documentation.
Proactive and self-motivated with a commitment to process improvement.
Experience with SAP ERP and Hyperion Planning-Essbase is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and present results effectively.
Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of an additional European language is a plus.
Team player with experience working in a matrix organization.
