Pharmaceutical Compound Manufacturing Trainer

Proclinical is seeking a Pharmaceutical Compound Manufacturing Trainer for a leading CDMO located in Albuquerque, NM.

Must be eligible to work or be a citizen in the US.

Job Responsibility:

• Coordinates and conducts training (technical skill-based) for compounding production employees with an emphasis on equipment operation, theory, and basic techniques.
• Develops training modules and manuals within a framework provided by the training department for compounding manufacturing personnel.
• Performs training needs assessments/analysis (using provided tools), and initiates, develops, and/or coordinates the implementation of specific technical skills training for manufacturing employees based on the assessment.
• Maintains the training record databases for manufacturing trainees.
• Evaluates trainee's performance and makes recommendations for retraining or release to appropriate department supervisor.
• Establishes and maintains logs, metrics, filing, and record-keeping systems, and ensures that all relevant training records are complete, accurate, and up to date for all initial training and retraining of manufacturing employees.
• Performs annual re-qualification certifications.

Skills and Requirements:

• HS diploma or GED.
• Minimum two (2) + year's experience in a manufacturing or equivalent environment.
• Pharmaceutical manufacturing is preferred.
