Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Scientist for a role focused on quality control within the cardiovascular therapy area. This position involves executing batch release and stability testing, with an emphasis on phys-chem assays for biologics and large molecules. The role requires adherence to cGMP standards and good documentation practices, ensuring audit readiness and supporting process improvements.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine and validation phys-chem assays independently, following SOPs and GDP.
- Perform and review basic operational tasks in the lab, such as mobile phase preparations and equipment calibration.
- Investigate and troubleshoot lab equipment issues, proposing effective solutions.
- Maintain lab cleanliness and manage inventory to meet cGMP standards.
- Support the drafting and updating of instrument SOPs.
- Participate in laboratory optimization and process improvement initiatives.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications such as EFZ, HF, CTA, BTA, PTA, BSc, MSc.
- Proficiency in Empower software v3.7 as a power user.
- Experience in analytical quality testing within the pharmaceutical or chemical industry.
- Familiarity with cGMP-regulated environments and phys-chem analytics.
- Strong skills in reporting, interpreting, and documenting scientific results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
