Proclinical is seeking a Logistics Specialist for a contract role in Switzerland. This position focuses on managing and distributing goods within the logistics process, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, particularly for temperature-sensitive and hazardous materials. Proficiency in German is required, and remote work is not an option.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect goods within the logistics process.
- Handle, store, and maintain inventory, including hazardous and temperature-sensitive items.
- Prepare and distribute goods, ensuring accurate documentation and secure transport.
- Plan and organize logistics orders, optimizing storage and inventory systems.
- Address client inquiries, enhance work quality and efficiency, and manage waste and recycling processes.
- Document logistics orders and processes.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Proficiency in German.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to handle hazardous materials safely.
- Experience with inventory management and logistics systems.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality and efficiency.
