Proclinical is seeking a CQV Manager for Fill and Finish operations. This is an urgent role requiring immediate availability. The focus is on managing and overseeing commissioning, qualification, and validation processes within a CAPEX environment, particularly for Green/Brownfield projects.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage CQV activities for Fill and Finish operations.
Oversee large teams to ensure project goals are met efficiently.
Implement and maintain high standards of CQ technical knowledge.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Strong experience in Fill and Finish operations.
Proven leadership in managing large teams in a CAPEX environment.
Excellent CQ technical knowledge.
Fluent in English; German is advantageous.
